• Answer your questions about the therapy process
• Create a plan tailored to your needs

This session sets the foundation for your ongoing work together.

One-on-one counseling between a client and a therapist, focusing on personal concerns, emotions, behaviors, and goals.

Usually structured around a specific issue, skill, or goal instead of being open-ended.

Fee Agreements and Sliding Scale Options 

are based on income Guidelines.

Because couples counseling focuses on the relationship rather than an individual diagnosis, insurance does not cover these sessions (they fall under “Z codes” such as relationship distress). All couples therapy services are self-pay only.

Family Therapy $140

Family therapy is designed to support two or more family members in improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening

Groups Sessions are QTY and based on needs:

Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others. We offer a variety of group therapy services to meet your needs.

We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapists from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

Coaching Services: $75- $95.00 

Coaching services are non-clinical, do not constitute psychotherapy, and are not eligible for insurance billing. Payment is self-pay only.
